Residence & Work Permits for foreign nationals

First applications, renewals and appeals against rejections — residence and work permits for foreign nationals, handled end to end by one attorney.

Most permit rejections are caused by avoidable file defects: missing documents, wrong permit type, inconsistent declarations. We prepare applications to the standard the Presidency of Migration Management and the Ministry of Labour actually apply — and when a rejection does come, we challenge it within the legal deadline.

Your case is followed by an attorney, not a consultancy desk: you always know the status of your file and the reasoning behind every step.

Questions

Residence & Work Permits — frequently asked

My residence permit was rejected. Can I stay while appealing?

Filing an annulment lawsuit within the deadline generally protects your position while the case is heard. The safe window is short — usually 60 days for permits, much shorter for removal decisions — so get advice as soon as you receive the decision.

Can I convert my tourist stay into a residence permit?

In many cases yes, provided the application is filed before your lawful stay expires and the correct permit type is chosen. We assess this in the first consultation.

Do you handle work permits for employers?

Yes — we act for both employees and sponsoring companies, including compliance advice for teams employing multiple foreign nationals.
